MACHINES FOR QUALITY CONTROL
Food Safety/ Hygiene of foodstuffs
With our machines we contribute to the accomplishment of regulations of the legislation of the European Union regarding food safety/hygiene of foodstuffs which determines that food shall not be placed on the European Market if it is unsafe and it is considered to be unsafe when it is injurious to health or unfit for human consumption. (Examples are: Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs including HACCP, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 on principles and requirements of food law, Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs).
CORAVEL – nut kernels
Quality control of nut kernels (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, macadamias), apricot kernels, cocoa beans and chocolate-nibs
In combination with four sorting functions (air shifting, screening, ultrasound detection and optical quality control) in the sorting technology we maintain, with this machine, a unique position on the market.
CORAVEL HMB – almonds
Innovative sorting technique for almonds
The CORAVEL HMB machine combines several sorting processes in a single structure. The main function is the separation of half almonds and whole almonds, after the broken pieces have been sorted out in two previous consecutive filtering stages.
CORAVEL R63 – bulk goods
Camera inspection of bulk materials
The Coravel R63 uses state-of-the-art camera technology to examine free-flowing products and sorts out foreign bodies and faulty products.
